Clinton didn't wiretap anyone illegally. He always used the FISA courts and kept congress well informed. Just more total lies from you, BS artist. Whoever told you that is a total liar. Bush avoided both FISA and congress and is in serious trouble now. Even to0p Republicans are saying impeachment may be necessary. If we allow a president to get away with this we might as well chuck democracy into the toilet and call ourselves a military junta or fascist dictatorship. A president total power to spy on his opponents will cheat to win every election. As Bush has already done, of course.
