Your post matches what I have seen. I like this bit especially <Wellington, the nation's capital seems to be the sole exception, filled with bright ambitious people excited about their lives and surrounded by the art community. This leads me to assume that government is the primary avenue of opportunity for ambitious and talented people who wish to remain in New Zealand. If my perception is true I think its an unfortunate state of affairs. The people of New Zealand deserve better. > No, we don't deserve better.
