Chris - where did you get the 0% insider ownership number? If I recall insiders own 11% here or so - and I assume management has some type of stock incentives.

Thanks for raising the issue, let me go back and look some more at this. I agree that you always like to see management and shareholder interest aligned, especially for smaller companies.

Company does have a buyback program underway that they started in April if I recall, then doubled the program at the end of July so they think the stock is undervalued.
