Entirely possible.

Still, a ruling would serve the important purpose of DEFINING more accurately where individual freedom ends, and where government's rights begin.

And that in itself would be helpful, dispelling much of the VAGUENESS of the current situation, where the Prez seems possibly to be claiming unlimited, unenumerated rights.
