Yes, but there is a PROBLEM. In order to DEFEND itself the Administration and the NSA may have to release in the court HIGHLY CLASSIFIED MATERIAL that might find itself out in the public arena. Thats the crux of the problem and why the administration did not want a public hearing. For the LIFE OF ME, I cant understand how in the world ANY AMERICAN could find fault with doing anything possible to find and intercept messages between agents in the USA and foreign terrorists. jdn
