If you read Sun's recent filing on the SEC's EDGAR database the details behind the Ross warrant are disclosed. In short, they are prohibited from selling their stake in Ross for a year from the day they purchased the stock which was last November.

I believe the reason they appear to be in Red is because they chose not to exercise their warrant to buy an additional 5% on top of the 5% they bought on the IPO date. Essentially their latest SEC filing is stating that they only bought 5% of RTEC rather than the 10% the could have bought had they exercised their warrant.

In short, they still own 5% of RTEC and can't sell until November at the earliest.
