PA, Interesting article in the Wall street Journal about how one of cellular companies biggest problems is customer churn. It said that the annual turnover in the U.S. wireless market has soared to an estimated 36% of customers. This growing turnover rate is starting to have a significant impact on their bottom-line. IMO this should help LTBG as cellular companies look for help with this growing problem.
