"difference between a moderated thread and one that is not" In the democratic thread, with a superior being, it doles out rights to everyone while taking away the freedom. This breeds iresponsible people. In the undemocratic thread, a dictator gives freedom to everyone. But that freedom requires responsibility from the part of those enjoying the said freedom. If trampling on the freedom, there are consequences. The thread is now without any single banning and is working well.
