Time and sales data did not improve significantly with RT version. It still does not include pre opening and after market trades.
It is not true time and sale data. Volume is calculated from the difference between trades. For example if there are three trades of 100, 300, 500 in volume and it is not registered as three separate trades it will be reported as one trade of 900. I have compared it to time and sale data that included also bid and ask quotation and found out that many trades are combined into one.
