TJ Sounds easy and free from hassle. I thank you for taking the time and trouble to detail the 3 options. If you are an example of a HK. businessman, I have much to look forward to, should I choose to locate there. I will pm you later, after I ponder on the options. BTW. I currently reside in Florida, USA and I am seeing a real change in the Real Estate market, for the first time since 9/11. R.E. tax bills are coming due (big increases over last year),ditto insurance premiums and buyers are finally starting to question some of the crazy asking prices. A friend in the equity loan business told me the other day he had 5% of his loans in foreclosure and many more behind a month or two. It is the highest he has had in 20 years. Chugs Ray
