Good intentions but that plan wouldnt have worked out better for lower and middle classes and i am a supply sider saying this. I am for a federal pension system where managers are selected and choices given to investors within the context of fiduciary responsiblity. Lets be honest, what would you choose defined benefits or defined contributions? Most folks would be buying enron loaded hyped funds at some point and blow the retirment imho.
