As predicted, John Roberts is a nut. Alito will be one too, if not filibustered. There were many 7-2 decisions in the last few years - the two were always Scalia and Thomas with some far right radical position. Today SCOTUS ruled on the Oregon Death With Dignity Act and the vote was what ... 6-3 ... three nut cases voted dissented: Scalia, Thomas and the new nut, Roberts.
