pssst. Oracle was exclusively an American company, until recently. Microsoft built a whole high tech development city in India. What was outsourcing has become ownership over prime products. China and India don't need to perform outsourced work anymore. They can produce their own products that are as good or better than yours and usually at a cheaper price.
