Bill, For whatever reason, my last response got deep-sixed. I think Isis taking over the CNV project is a good deal, but my sceptical side asks whether or not Esai is abandoning a sinking ship. I don't think so, but I'm not real convinced yet. I think AMER is dead longer term. They and Prodigy will eventually operate as web sites and take in much less revenue. The salad days are in the past and Amer will continue to lose members to the Internet as the Net emerges from the chaos we experience today. Short term, it's a coin flip. MB
