Bushies have eavesdropped on tens of thousands of Americans without warrants.

Unlike back in the Nixon days when they sent one Watergate type team to plant bugs on or follow a John Kerry or Daniel Ellsberg, now they use supercomputers to suck all emails and phonecalls up and search for keywords. The keyword could be anything. The super computers can handle tens of thousands of numbers at a time. You can see this in "Clear And Present Danger" where they find one narcotics smuggler by sifting through thousands of names.

Even more alarming is that they can focus on someone like, John Kerry or a key CNN reporter or a lawyer and can automatically record eerything he says on the phone, then play it back later.

What is most alarming is this is so bad that NSA whistleblowers are coming out risking their lives and careers to alert the country. Those NSA guys know this has nothing to do with Al Qaida. This is a coup d'etat by the neo Nixonian extreme corporate rightwing. Same deal with the CIA when they demanded a special prosecutor to investigate the outing of Valerie Plame. We have an attack on our democracy now from the Bushies. They are crooked abusers of power and they must he taken down. Or else there might not be a USA left.
