I won a 6 man NL HE Tournament last night in 17 minutes, a new record for me. One player took out two opponents on the first hand. I crippled another one with sneaky trips (I almost folded my pocket 4s, but I was big blind and nobody raised). Once it got down to me and the other guy, he went all in with jacks on the first hand. I was lucky enough to have kings. I have been on the other side of that equation in the past, so I didn't feel all that smart. Jacks are a mighty pair one on one. So how come I never win showdowns with them? And I never see anyone win with them? <G> Actually, I win plenty of decent bets with jacks, but not all in showdowns.

But 17 minutes was gonzo quick.
