FYI...COHR (Lambda Physik) developed the NovaLine of its own accord, as a direct response to the release of Cymer's solid state pulsed power system (SSPPM), the 5000 series. LP's thyratron based system could not be extended to the performance level of Cymer's SSPPM...Ergo, "attempt" to catch up, or be lost in the dust...
