Good sleuthing. I hadn't noticed that crap. Plus, his name is "Jack". That brings to mind Jim Garner's partner and Maverick. That in turn brings gambling to mind, so there's probably some tainted money behind his pledge. We should probably turn him in or, if he continues to lead, disqualify him?
