You know as well as I do that there's been a CA-like bubble inside LBJ. My house on Kenwood street in the M Streets area went from 100k to 300K plus in that period of time. If you bought in Highland or U Park in 1989, you've done very well. Or Russwood, or Bluffview or any of those places.
