Why not burn it? Otherwise we pay storage fees for unused product. We can't have it all ways. We need energy and fuel. Somehow, we can't seem to bring ourselves to drill for more oil sources, nor to build new refineries, nor to stop insisting on thousands of boutique gas types, etc. If we cared enough to make the deserts of the SW have water, we could grow corn forever. We just have to be sure that corn would be a viable product for low cost energy.
