Why do not these guys get your simple to grasp concepts. Even I get it<g>

A question to ponder. We all pretty much agree California housing market will crash. Many are thinking 40-50% in nominal terms. More than likely the end game is like 80-90% real terms like Templeton says but only 30% in nominal terms screwing both those waiting in cash and those still owning at the same time.. Just the way Mr market is suppossed to work<g>
