a19, Now there's an image! Good for you and Clapper for the exercise/weight loss programs. I'm on one myself since 1/1/06. I looked my 8-year-old in the eye and told her that she's going to see her Dad thin for the first time this year. For me, making an overt commitment to another person helps a lot with accountability issues. Down 14 so far, pants fit much better. The scary part is that losing 14 makes it WAY too clear how many more I need to drop. <G/NG> Keep up the good work and the status reports; they're helping me out here. jpg
