What's the Sept 22 hearing all about? I heard that it was just to set the timing for discussions on AVNT's request for a "protective order". Doesn't sound like it will trigger the climatic event. Any thoughts? I heard that Cowen(?) upgraded SNPS sighting improved visibility. Too bad that there's minimal product overlap w/AVNT. Still waiting for incremental bad news on the fundamentals. I just saw the news on the $21mm deal w/VLSI. Sounds like they "stole" Compass from VLSI.
