He was the first person to leave NO and the one yelling the loudest from BR that his people were suffering. As I've posted in the past, I can't stand the man and have nothing good to say about him. The more I think of him the more my blood boils. What he and people like him have done to a city I loved with all my heart and soul is........I can't even think of the word to describe.
