Lalit; I am sure you are either right or wrong, a very safe statement to say<G> Applying that to Walsh leaves him no place to stand. He is either a crook, and he must go, or an honest dupe and he must go. Let him be innocent or crooked from some other viewpoint than as an executive of BREX/BRESEA. Let newly elected persons who will be thoroughly checked by the regulatory bodies assume his mantle. I have no fear of them being crooks/dupes as they will be peer selected from amongst shareholders, and their operations will be under strict scrutiny, and I expect them to take BRESEA forward and operate it as an honest junior, not just pay $ out to lawsuits(Is BRESEA guilty of anything??), as all of BRESEAs $ will not go far to relieve the BREX SH, so leave it run well and it may do better than BREX in the future if run well. Bill
