At least Larry let us know that he was a former employee. Whether his views are in bad taste or not, it brings up issues management needs to address. Especially in penny-stocks, the manipulation that goes on & "lining of pockets" is terrible. Anyone who can play devil's advocate, raise awareness, & keep management focused on the shareholders, I commend.
It is interesting that Palermo had to hire Alon to do all this PR, but they have yet to put out any releases that the market interprets as favorable. More salary for executives, more dilution for shareholders.
By the way Douglas, you seem very knowledgable concerning the goings-on at Quadrax. How do you know so much? Are you a former employee like Larry, know an insider, or live close by?
