In previous years, AMD has scored technical design triumphs only to find a shortage in manufacturing (and a great reluctance by independant fabs to cross Intel and rent space). The new Dresden facility has been running more than a year and has all of it's equipment in top shape and calibration.

Now if only AMD doesn't shoot itself in the foot, by perhaps pissing off all the gamers and IT personel by their environmental stance.
