Notice this time out Trump is pumping properties he has his name but doesn't own anymore. These guys learned not to be up to their eyeballs in debt on property that doesn't cash flow. But somehow a generation of suckers needs to learn. What is most amazing is this is happening only a decade after the worst RE downturn since the depression.
