The volume is very high, close to 1/2 mill. shares already. I just saw a 50,000 trade go through, so someone is accumulating lots at this level. Still, possibility of a shareholder suit is real, but so is the possibility of a partnering announcement on GGF2 this fall or a possible buyout. I am taking the opportunity to average down, took a deep breath and bought 1,000 more.
