VWKM -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. Explores South America Satellite Distribution Deal

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2006--Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VWKM - News) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc. have announced the company is exploring expanding its distribution network via satellite to South America, the company will research potential carrier companies and determine the best potential outlet for its programming.
The company has already negotiated a satellite distribution deal for its programming everywhere in the 48 continental states, plus in large parts of Canada and Mexico via satellite distribution. Now the company would like to reach further into The South American market and will pursue this market aggressively, as the revenue potential is that of the 48 continental states deal or more.
"The pursuit of this objective is in line with the company's overall strategy of delivering our programming to as many households as possible worldwide. Once that is accomplished revenue will be reflected via many sources i.e. advertising, subscriber fees, and video on demand," said Mark E. Astrom, New Screen TV's President. New Screen Television, Inc. started as an Orlando, Florida-based broadcasting company that transmits its television service, New Screen TV, to viewers over-the-air via WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando. New Screen TV is on the air and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
