Fighting against the government is never good. Just ask Microsoft. Even if you win eventually, but in the mean time having a cloud hanging causes uncertainty. And Wall Street never likes uncertainty.

I am bullish on Google as a company and have make good profit from it. But the legal tangle made me closed my GOOG exposure until the air is clear.

There are numerous goods stock to invest right now.
