<<<To get the JPM rates you need $10mm in assets. I complained about what I felt were uncompetitive rates (3.40%) and was told by the rep that he would see to it that I got into that fund even though I have a bit less than $10mm in assets with them.>>>>

kollmhn, happy to hear your account is in order. I finally got through to a rep this afternoon. I still have a $10K bond missing that matured on Jan 15. I still can't find the money in the Etrade account although the rep could find both interest and principal in the old Harris account. Since I am considerably less than $10mm assets so the JPM rates are not available. The transactions do not show the accumulated dividends since the switchover. The rep said a lot of that would be transferred over the weekend and then again at the end of the month. (redfish, we should see the bond money in our accounts Monday per the rep.) Right now the portfolio cash balance and the transaction cash balance do not match.

The service must improve or I will be looking more seriously. Ten to twenty minute waits are unacceptable.

Dave

ps: I would be interested in your opinions re: the power trade program once you get some experience. However, I am still struggling with standard version.
