--ggg, yeah, not only they out-source jobs to China, now they start to ship the Chinese workers in<g>. And not only private companies do that, state gov. also does that. The state I am in has the law to forbid foreign companies getting projects funded by public fund. And last time I heard is more states are making this type of regulation. Apparently, CA is not one of them<g>

I read that there is an oil exploring company in CO recruited some Chinese workers and shipped them in at much lower cost. The US unionized workers are protesting the doing.
