since homeland defense can be subcontracted and jails can be privatized and packaged into reits, financed with mortgages supported with recycled dollars from china, perhaps the entire schema can also be outsourced, with the contract clauses sure to adjust for usd:rmb exchange rate shift, surplus of savings migration, and especially so if deficits do not matter :0)

the british are thinking of purchasing naval supply ships from china, copied russian designs or to be copied british plans

also, about 3,000 prc folks are on way to trinidad and tobago, to do turn-key projects, and they are filling up my kins' hotels
