I believe that Albert Gonzales' suit is to eradicate child porno and not children watching porno. The latter is the responsibility of the parent(s) to block access to those sites, just like accessing R to X rated movies on TVs. I will have to agree that privacy should be number one priority for American citizens. How many mass mailing have we received from various companies we come into contact, explaining their privacy policy. Now the Justice department wants to go the other way. I salute Google for fighting this lawsuit. The collateral damage in this instance stems from the uncertainty hanging over Google. Under one party rule, no one knows what Congress will come up. Will Bush touch this subject on the State of the Union address?
