On the Beige Book Fisher notes that it was a "very accurate description" and if you were to "read through the entrails of what we call the Beige Book, it's pretty clear that from Richmond down through Atlanta down to Florida across the southern tier of the United States and up the West Coast, we are growing very, very strongly."
