9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he was warned Al Qaida was about to strike inside the US. Bush did nothing. He was completely AWOl on counter-terrorism and so was Condi Rice, his supposed "security" advisor who didn't mention terrorism once until after 9-11. Furthermore, after letting Osama go at Tora Bora, Bush ignored Al Qaida and went after Saddam instead, a leader who had nothing to do with 9-11, but whom many top Bushies lied and claimed he did. Bush's foreign policy and war are based mostly on lies. In actuality he isn't defending the USA, he's defending his oil company cronys' profits. Halliburton's especially. If the war were to end, Halliburton and the other Bushie companies would lose billions in windfall profits.
