Each computer printer has an engine. Most are made by Canon I think.
Now, each engine applies a tad different amount of pressure to the Querty alphabet thingies.
I think that is how they know each fingerprint of our printers. I'm not very technical.
It's funny to me when the news says that the FBI, CIA etc. have crummy computers because of their budgets. What a PR bunch of crap when they show those old 286 PCs.
Reality is a funny thing. Shucks now many are saying Pluto isn't an actual planet, because it would melt if it was as close to our sun as we are. It's an asteroid.
