I guess I will have to waste some more time on the phone soon. Bad part is I was sure it was just dead and bought another to get me by until I could get a new video card (which was $200 and thankfully not bought yet). At least I got a great price. Wasn't needed though. Guess the family won't be fingering my business computer now. Just no excuse to forget the screws on a +$1000 machine. Seems DELL has just lost control of quality with all the outsourcing.
