Axcelis announces Optima HD: axcelis.com Webcast on January 24th will be mandatory viewing. We're going to have a knock down drag out with Varian over the next years - to establish who has the best implanter for single wafer processing. I truly do not know,but it is very interesting to listen to the differing pitches regarding product strength. If Acls can pull this off - it will be good for a 6 bagger from the 4's. Bob
