Bob, my sentiments exactly....communications, media,
entertainment, and lifestyle enhancements are massive
consumer markets that INTC is addressing for the long
term and they have the technologies to supply them all
on a global scale. I see nothing but HUGE upside
potential, as long as they "sell" their marketing
objectives to the markets/investors effectively. What
made their growth so dynamic during the 90's was
their marketing and manufacturing strategy. "Intel Inside"
commercials established a strong marketing strategy.
Remember the virtual computer component "fly thru" that
demonstrated technological superiority? It was a masterful
marketing technique that stimulated huge consumer demand
for then leading edge Intel products. If they put that
"formula" into their future product campaigns that
demonstrate what the future holds, they will achieve
exponential growth rates again very quickly. JMHO, but you
heard it here first! BB
