Sorry, Lizzie, but you're wrong.
Back in '68, an SAT score of 1206 would place President Bush more than 1 standard deviation above the then mean of around 900. He placed in the 88th percentile, according to the Boston Globe. President Bush's SAT score would place him comfortably above the mean for your alma mater, too (remember, this was prior to recentering of a decade ago).
One thing you did happen to get right, people who come from privilege do indeed have an advantage. |
