MB 5 years ago I was recruited to run a large(for here) corporate brokerage). I stuck it ut for 3 1/2 years. Made really good money and learned a lot too. Like how the national franchises are so intent on scamming the agents that work for them! -ng- I had hired a partially disabled vet and trained him for 3 years. I got him to get his broker license and take over our satellite office. I told him the day he got his broker license i would be fired. He passed the test on a Sat and they fired me on Monday. -vbg- The corp boss didn't like the fact that I kept sticking up for the agents instead of taking corp's side. Now I am partners with the other broker and we have our own company. Alls well that ends well.
