Argument by assertion something that is so at odds with 90% of the data is both boring and silly.

90% of what data?

At least give some data

Why bother? You're prejudiced toward Armageddon. Once someone gets to that kind of thinking, they're finished.

In any event let's take a logical view of the assertions:

there is no real estate bubble,

No matter how hard I try I can't find a "bubble" in RE. "Bubble" is a concept, by the way, which has no clear definition. How many years have you been searching for such a "bubble"? I have for 30 years and to this day, I can't find it.

house prices are rising because of rising incomes,

This is a truism. Even with lower mortgage rates past incomes couldn't support current financing, yet according to the NAR, quality of first time buyers entering the market is improving.

strong economy, low unemployment,low inflation, low interest rates, strong demand and shortage of available land

These are all evidently true based on every source of data available.

Now maybe you'd like to provide your 90% of the sources.
