We are well over one year in bare land inventory in N. Kona. 6 months ago you couldn't find a thing to buy. Top notch agents are loosing listings daily as frustrated and angry sellers blame them for not selling their overpriced properties. The panic is just beginning. There are still sales going on, but the level, as you say, is falling of a cliff. I expect this coming summer to look something like the action in Goog today. -g- I kept using the majority of sales commissions these past few years to pay down 80% of my previous debt. Most around here thought I was nuts. With a little luck by summer we'll be debt free.
