Harold, I understand the frustration because I have it as well but I won't be as emotional or cynical about it.
I think what has happened is that management has smartened up to fluffy PR's. Semco acquisition was announced to be November 17th but then November passed without a formal notification that it actually took place because it formally hadn't but like the audit; it was coming. You could be correct in that the Semco acquisition has been assumed in all the previous PPS movement. It was obviously coming based on typical premature PR's and the way they have been worded in almost "present tense" verbage. The Promold acquisition was announced formally on Dec 9th and some were questioning if Semco happened or not since the same type of PR for the Semco acquisition had not been released but again Nov. 17th was the date and it had come and gone. Since the formal Promold acquistion PR it was obvious that we needed the formal Semco PR. in the same way i.e. this week's PR. I'm not sure that the PPS is truly reflecting the Semco acquisition so again you may be correct that it has been absorbed publicly for the most part. This could be the need for the IBD release. PLNI managements credibility has been an issue with the public and/or smaller investor community in the recent past.
Now the audit needs to be completed now that the "formal" Semco acquisition has been completed. I dismiss any past audit annoucements as being fluff or miscalculated. They were only miscalculated or premature because the company decided after those audit PR's to include the Promold and Semco i.e. newly acquired company revenues in the audit. Acquistions can take months if not years to complete so the audit was not going to be completed until after the above took place. Simply put; they wanted Promold's and Semco's numbers in the audit so the audit was not going to be done prior. Then there is the SOX and SEC matters to contend with during all the above, not to mention the MM's, etc. Just a matter of time now for the audit to be announced and it will be. If your becoming impatient or don't believe any of what you are hearing or reading in the PLNI community then sell if you own any shares. I believe PLNI will be very successful in relatively short period of time.
