Since Israel already has nukes, Iran acquiring them doesn't change anything (other than take away Israel's advantage of being the only one in the region to have nukes). Btw, Pakistan has nukes. And Dumbya's dictator friend Musharraf is always one bullet away from meeting his maker. Also, a lot of the erstwhile Soviet republics have nuke facilities. Iran getting nukes doesn't make the situation any worse than what it already is.
