Yep, IMO the US of A shows damning evidence that the RULE OF LAW no longer applies. It's this fudging of the rules and the flaunting of laws and the dissing of the Constitution that is really destroying this country.

If all Americans can't depend on the laws and the rules to treat everyone alike, what's the point of the country? We then start to look like Soviet Union where power is everything and the law is interesting but not a requirement.
