Thanks for the site, I ordered the catalog. I have always considered myself the best preparer of barbecue ribs but always willing to check out the competition. However, I insist on BABY BACKS and his picture doesnt look like baby backs? Has anyone tried his turkey? Incidentally, I took a short cut on my way to Tellico this year (through backroads and very small towns along the border of Ga. & N.C.) I went through this one town (wish I had written down the name) and HONEST TO GOD, I thought I had gone into a time machine and came out in the middle of the Civil War. This was a one horse town with only a main street and THE ENTIRE LENGTH of the street was FILLED with CONFEDERATE FLAGS FLYING and buildings that looked old enough to be original from 1865. Gave me shivers. jdn
