JFD: You ask: "Could this be interpreted as meaning they will have a different supplier for the different ranges of the business. Creo for prepress, prst for presses...? jfd Heidelberg stated: "No customer would ever want to be dependent on only one consumables supplier, and we would never agree on the Heidelberg side to have only one film or plate supplier to match our product range,' comments Schreier." JFD, the relavant statement is " co sustomer would ever want to be dependedent on only one consumables supplier". Since the relavant market is the individual customer, I believe it to be clear they are want more than one supplier for consumables for each of their product lines. After all, some customers may only own Heidelberg press.
